Are these average pictures actually UFO sighting?

Aliens: Earth Hive

The book begins with a routine space junk cleanup mission in Earth’s orbit; with a small spaceship being prepped for de-orbit. The crew doing the cleanup investigates the ship, and, much to their horror, an alien Xenomorph stowaway on the derelict manages to board the cleanup crew's ship, and kill them. The ship is destroyed when one of the crewmembers panics and collides the cleanup ship with the derelict. However, everything was captured by the cleanup ship's black box.

Later in the story, thanks to the help of the only survivor, the TIA (a CIA-like organization) are able to capture an alien and bring It back to Earth. Many different groups attempt at stealing the alien, including the species they stole it from. However, the TIA wants to continue visiting the planet to do further research. Much to their displeasure, their ship is bombarded by aliens attacking them, pushing them back, and demanding their own back. On Earth, the religious alien cult has successfully broken into the biowarfare lab containing the alien specimen, and has released wild aliens onto the planet. The aliens are slowly taking over, despite the best efforts of Earth defense forces. Over a period of several months, the aliens so completely dominate the planet that most humans have been killed, and the rest have evacuated to earth orbit or other planets.

This story was very fictional, and not plausible if Aliens were to be discovered. However, it was a ery interesting story and book to read. If you're bored over the summer and need a good book to read, I would definately recommend buying Aliens: Earth Hive.

Suspected UFO sighting in Hong Kong

This is a suspected UFO sighting in Hong Kong. It appears to be a big ball of fire in the sky, or some kind of fire lantern. Without having 'professionals' try and debunk this yet, many people have many different opinions.

To me, it just looks like a ball of fire in the sky. Or some kind of sky lantern the Chinese use during celebration and festivals (such as the one going on here). I highly doubt it is really a UFO, it's too easy to debunk as something commonly found in the sky around the Hong Kong area.

Strange cattle mutilation

There have also been very strange killings of animals near UFO sightings. There was a mysterious killing of a pony named Lady in Colorado, “The pony’s flesh had been carved away from the bones with what was described as surgical precision. Its organs were removed but were absent from the scene. Puzzling to investigators was the lack of blood. In a killing which should have produced gallons of blood spilled on the ground, there was virtually none. Equally mysterious was the lack of footprints near the carcass-incredibly, not even hoof prints from the pony” (Stewart 55). There have also been loads of other mysterious killings like this. For example, in Argentina, UFO sightings have been reported just before mutilated animals were discovered. One rancher from San Luis province was returning home one evening and saw three slow-moving saucer-shaped objects making a loud buzzing noise as they lit the ground below them. Not long afterward three mutilated cattle were discovered. A veterinarian who examined the bodies said that “the incisions were made by some sort of heating element, and these cattle had also been drained of blood” (Stewart 56).

These strange occurrences actually sound very puzzling. This is one of the few unsolved phenomena involving UFO sightings. However, if an alien abducted cattle and dissected it, why wouldn’t the aliens keep the cattle for further study rather than dumping the body? Also, why hasn’t this happened to a human yet? Surely the aliens would mutilate a human body as well as dump it where they found it. Although, I do still agree that this is a very strange unexplained phenomena.

A man claims he was taken to Venus

In this newspaper article, written by Kenny Young, the writer claims that a UFO crashing in Montana has led to the capture of an extra-terrestrial. Right now, claims the writer, he is being held in an incubator in California and people (no one in particular is specified) are trying to teach the creature to read and write as they would a small child. A few of the non-surviving passengers aboard the UFO when it crashed were dissected, revealing the only main differences in their anatomy and ours is that their bone structure is heavier and that they have smaller stomachs. Joseph Rohrer, president of the Pikes Peak broadcasting company, reveals that he was in a saucer very similar to the ones that crashed. He claims that he was taken to Venus by the creatures where he was examined. Some people view him as crazy, however, the article states, “Venus, with its cloud covering, is one of the most likely planets in the solar system to support life, but there are twenty-two other known solar systems which have satellites similar to the Earth’s” (Young 3).

This article is obviously written by someone with bias on the subject. He is claiming that an extra-terrestrial is being held in an incubator in California, without the government knowing or doing anything about it. Joseph Rohrer, on the other hand, isn’t much more sane. His claim is that he was abducted by aliens and went to Venus, a planet with poisonous gas and acid rain with temperatures exceeding livable for humans. It may be livable for something not from Earth, but a human would die almost instantly. Also, it would take two years for a spacecraft to make it to Venus and back when traveling at the speed of light with Venus and Earth as close as they get while in orbit.

I cannot copy and paste onto blogger, to view the video: 1) Go to www.youtube.com 2) type in "low altitude ufo sighting in south of france - clear shot" on the search bar 3) click search, and click on the first video that pops up

This video has many qualities. It shows a UFO in France (a common place of UFO sightings), it's physical features are similar to what other UFO sightings have stated, and it is in a well populated area, not just one person saw it. However, it doesn't include many of the features that normal UFO sightings have claimed. It doesn't have flashing lights, it doesn't go as incredibely fast speeds, and it doesn't move and jerk like a spacecraft "not from this Earth" would. This probably means it is a weather baloon, or some other common device being mistaken for a UFO.

Crop circles - idiot teenagers or alien spacecraft?

In the early 1980's, many farmers in southern England have been noticing wierd formations in their crops, otherwise known as crop circles. These crop circles would often follow a sighting of a UFO only moments earlier, making the connection to UFO's and crop circles. However, two hoaxers have claimed to make all of the crop circles in southern England, getting rid of the possibility. Although, this does not explain the wierd formations in Japan, Sweden, Canada, etc. Also, the crop circles known to be created by humans would quickly vanish, yet the ones created by unknown, could take more than 6 months to vanish. Moreover, the "spheres of light" that were seen before many crop circles have been explained as, for simplicity, balls of energy in the sky, a scientific phenomenon.

This article in The Canadian is actually very interesting. It is one of the few ideas brought up by UFOologists (yes, that's a word) that has yet to be fully explained by scientists and UFO skeptics. The UFOologists may claim that these spheres of light seen before crop circles is perfect evidence, but it doesn't at all fit in with other sightings. Scientists claim these spheres of light as a new phenomenon yet to be explained, and are looking further into this.

A Sighting in Alabama

On June 11, 1995, Jason Leigh of Cleburne Country claims he spotted a UFO while golfing. Many weather experts have debunked this as a weather baloon. However, he [Jason] says about the object, "What we saw there was something essentially going against the wind, traveling horizontally...weather baloons are designed to go vertically" (Elmore-Moon 1).

Although this sounds like very convincing evidence, it probably isn't true. Leigh has claimed to seen many UFO's throughout his life. Basically, everything srange looking that's in the sky, he claims is a UFO. Moreover, zero "unexplained" UFO sightings have occurred anywhere near Alabama (the closest being in Miami, Florida).

Abductees and sightings from credible witnesses don't always mean proof

One thing in particular that is mentioned throughout, is proof through witnesses and abductions. Many scientists and witnesses claim there is hard evidence found (Ex: Wierd material from Roswell incident). Another mind boggling event that can occur is an alien abduction. Many people claim to have been abducted into alien space crafts and examined. Many abductees are able to recall specific events through hypnosis. However, this is easily debunked because it is proven that during hypnosis, the tiniest thing said to the one being hypnotised can lead them to believe something happened that didn't happen at all! Moreover, other abductees have been studied, and around 90% of them have a sleep disorder in which they think dreams are real.

However, this can all be easily be proven otherwise, the material from the Roswell incident was actually foil and balsa wood. Also, many people who see UFO's may actually see something else in the sky, such as a plane, flock of birds, weather baloon, shooting stars, and more. Adding to that, 90% of the people that claimed to have been abducted have a particular type of sleeping disorder (the same type that people who sleepwalk have) in which they get dreams and reality mixed up. This probably means they had a very elaborate nightmare, and they weren't really abducted at all!
